Acupuncture and Wellness - Professor Enkhjargal Dovchin

Written by prof. Enkhjargal Dovchin "ENJI" | Sunday, 23 January 2011 07:30    PDF Print E-mail

uroda-pielegancja Beauty can not be obtained simply malaise on skin color and another layer of icing or equalizers, because what it really comes outside from the inside - from our being spiritual, intellectual and emotional.

So if you want to be beautiful - the key is not wandering the shopping shelves in search of "the wonders of a new generation" so as to avoid wrinkles and make your skin will look radiant, but the care of your body in general.

It seems that some of the problems associated with our physical appearance, such as acne, psoriasis, stretch marks and we have no control, especially if they prove to be a matter of genes - but traditional Chinese medicine has long been practiced ways to effectively treat them and prevent them .

What's more - when scientists began to discover what it really is Botox (or rather being threatened), are increasingly interested in acupuncture specialists in the field of cosmetology, plastic surgery, confirming that the corrective treatments compared with a scalpel, not only its effects are more permanent but the operation itself is infinitely more secure.

Acne

One of the most common ailments adolescence (though not only) is acne, which all varieties (youthful, casual, rosacea) are formed on the surface of cells seborrhoeic overproduction.

What should I do? Course reduce seborrhea. However, many preparations available in pharmacies that promise such action, in fact, block the natural working of cells contributing to that in the future they will work more efficiently.

Also, the effectiveness of antibiotics is on the ground that the matter in dispute, and this is due to the fact that they are not able to get rid of all the germs from which the other one way or another will continue to multiply.

akupunktura_a_uroda_dr_enji

So how can I prevent this? The answer, according to the principle that "what the inside is visible on the outside," therapies is that all processes of our body adversely affecting the development of germs will be able to overcome.

And here again, acupuncture should worship - as it triggers the body's natural repair processes, and also regulates the operation of all its systems, this method is able to affect such systems responsible for the formation of acne (as in this case, the digestive system or urinary), to their work does not contribute to disease processes.

In most cases, acne is a treatable disease - if the metabolic rate and, therefore, to improve digestion, reduce the secretion of sebum and thus the bacteria run out of food source.

piekno-naturane

Sometimes, late intervention in skin diseases, including acne, is the reason for the unsightly scars disfiguring his face often into old age. Hence, symptoms, even if they are not very annoying not to be ignored, as it turns out, in this case - a relatively early initiated therapy eliminates symptoms of the disease while avoiding its possible consequences.

Especially dangerous are the changes in purulent, and although it does not happen often, they can cause amyloidosis, which occurs following kidney failure. In the case of rosacea, the skin is covered with suet impeding gas exchange, thereby developing inflammation can lead to irreversible changes, such as distortion of the nose (a symptom usually associated with drunken syndrome).

Cellulitis

The problem which comes to face is cellulite especially women, also known as "orange peel". In fact, orange peel-like thickening of the skin caused by water accumulation in the subcutaneous tissue.

Cellulite, though evident in the climacteric period is more often the bane of pretty young girls and often lean, not because they are disorders in the digestive system and peripheral circulatory failure (cold hands and feet).

funfunfun

Although drugstores and pharmacies offer a mass of resources and creams designed to eliminate "orange peel", and women often are willing to spend a fortune on this so we could finally enjoy the beautiful, shapely and immaculate body, the effects of these treatments (regardless of the amount of money issued) are not always satisfactory.

This is because:

a). do not they improve the circulation in the subcutaneous tissue,

b). do not regulate digestion.

Does not mean, however, that women are resistant to such methods or techniques are generally ineffective, but so far not experienced a miracle to achieve anything without effort.

Thus, in the case of cellulitis is worth a little stretch and bend (and in a literal sense), and in addition apply a therapy that will improve both blood circulation and metabolism.

To heighten the effect of treatments antycellulitisowych, including acupuncture can be used herbal characteristics - such as Centella asiatica (also present in some cosmetics), is a plant having the characteristics of reducing orange peel and stretch marks.

Psoriasis

However, the real problem, "external nature" must contend with those whose ancestors (via genes) placed in their susceptibility to psoriasis.

This disease is a chronic, may occur suddenly, regardless of age and if luck permits, disappear for no apparent reason. In the case of psoriasis, doctors usually prescribe medication, which unfortunately is not able to do nothing more than a temporary reduction of symptoms.

luszczyca

Psoriasis increases the high protein diet and a high-and drinking, but even if they do not limit it is said that the projections of efflorescence persists, and even if it is unfortunately not for long. Acupuncture works as well as pharmaceuticals in this case, symptomatically, although it is certainly less invasive and can alleviate the disease.

Acupuncture sessions usually supplemented with herbal therapy, and sometimes it is desirable to modify the mode of life - yes, sometimes the patient also must be ready to make sacrifices.

Rejuvenating

And as regards the production of beauty and maintain youth as long as possible? As it turns out acupuncture and it has its own ways, and more and more women, rather than resorting to drastic methods scalpel decides to entrust the appearance of facial experienced acupuncturists in this area.

uroda-kapiel

Rejuvenation have become popular in the United States, when Chile's newspaper discovered the secret of youth in their pages of Japanese women. One of Japan's Takeshi Kitagawa therapists, says of the treatment:

"Sticking needles in the vicinity of thin face generates the repair processes of cells, affects the synthesis of collagen and in any case is not comparable to surgery, which does not mean that it does not bring tangible results.

On the contrary - Acupuncture is completely safe, and its long-term effects. Besides, cosmetics, or operations are not only expensive but dangerous. "

It seems that, apart from acupuncture, it is not just universal, holistic, alternative approach to tackle the problems of the skin, which not only allow you to treat various ailments, but also, as for skin rejuvenation, helping to conserve the beauty and youth.

What's more, in addition to healing properties that affect our body, acupuncture helps to deal with spiritual problems by reducing stress and improving the general state of being.
