Written by Katarzyna Łuszczak | Monday, 08 August 2011 08:03    PDF Print E-mail

Each of us has in his body path, which runs the energy Qi. Europeans called it the energy channels, meridians or meridians. Form a network that bounds the entire body and allows the flow of energy between the twelve bodies. When energy flows freely, our body is in equilibrium.

However, when the flow is disrupted, we may be impacted by the acupuncture points that lie on the meridians. On some of meridians we have only a few points on the other, even the 67th Overall, our body is about 360 points, which we can influence and restore the balance in the flow.

Meridians

They can be divided into several groups. Ścięgnisto - muscle, also called ground-based, are responsible for skin, muscle and joint function. Divergent longitudinal meridians or kolateralne are connections between two paths. Twelve major organ that is situated symmetrically on the right and left side of the body. Meridians is a wonderful eight additional tracks that did not involve any specific organ. Are reservoirs for the so-called. Innate qi, which protects the body against the deterioration of health. Take excess energy from the main meridians in critical situations.

Acupuncture points

Located on each of the meridians, and these are responsible for the flow (or block) of energy. They are divided into several types. The source points accumulates a large amount of energy, and their stimulation leads in states of excess or shortage of energy. For the twelve main meridians are points of relief. Along with kolateralami restore balance in disorders of energy between the meridians belonging to the same element. On the main meridians and wonderful are the key points, which frees puncture blocked Qi circulation.

Compliance points front and rear, they become painful when stimulation of the ill organs associated with them (lying on the front and back of the trunk). Principal meridians are connected with additional thanks to the cardinal points and are designed to compensate for the energy levels in between. For some of the main meridians are points championship, governing the work of the tissues or organs. The aim points "bottom of the sea" is the type of impact on the Fu organs below the diaphragm. Antique Points (Shu) lie on the main meridians.

They are divided into "Jing-Well" (with chest pain and to stimulate mental), "Shu-stream" (fever), "Jing-river" (upper respiratory tract illness), "Heh" (stomach illness). In appropriate combinations, five points are used transformations, which are used to treat excess or shortage of organs. With the meeting points, lying on the intersections runs meridians, treats symptoms associated with these very meridians.

Fajna strona. Będę odwiedzać częściej.
