Acupuncture is based on circulating in the body of every man of energy, life force called Qi by the Chinese. In the old Chinese books has been described as the force required for the proper functioning of cells, tissues and organism. Qi energy is not only humans but also animals, plants and natural phenomena. Drives all life processes, combines body, mind and spirit in a perfectly functioning mechanism. Qi CirculationQi circulates in a healthy body cyclically flowing channels called meridians . One cycle, during which the energy comes out and returns to the heart, it takes 24 hours. At that time, the highest wave of Qi flows through all the organs. Wave height is dependent on the state of the organ through which the flows. And so, if the organ is weakened condition, the wave emanating from it will be low, and undermined the functioning of the organ. Reduced wave affects all organs of the body lying in front of the sick. The disturbed balance of energy and functionally frail body, we can bring through acupuncture. Puncture balances energy levels, improves function, and thus increases the tide flowing into the next organ. According to Chinese sources, the circulation of Qi occurs with fetal heartbeat, or, according to other accounts, with the first breath. At the time of greatest movement, the organ shows the highest activity and susceptibility to treatment and all kinds of treatments. The wave passes through the organ for two hours, then gradually decreases, and the organ becomes weaker and fertile to damage. Treatment at this time is much less efficient than at the highest flow wave. The Chinese divided the organs because of their activity during the day. Daily organ is the stomach, spleen, heart and small intestine. Most Qi flows through the hours between 7 and 15 The day-night were lung, colon, bladder and kidneys. They are most active at 15 to 19 hours, and 3 to 7 Pericardium, triple heater, gall bladder and liver are the organs of the night, and the highest wave energy passing through between 19 and 3 Source QiEach of us has its own innate Qi resource that affects our lives. People who are capable of great effort and quickly regenerate strength, possess a wealth of Qi. Those who have less of it, they are sluggish, lack of vigor, weakened quickly and slowly return to the lost strength. The Chinese wrote about the three sources of Qi energy. The first, called primary or prenatal energy is transmitted by the parents of a child during conception. Located in the egg cell and sperm, Guan-Chi energy is determined for every individual and does not depend on growth or body composition. Low and feeble man can have her very much and man tall and athletic - not enough. A resource of this energy decreases as people age and it can not be completed. Chinese medicine makes it clear that it is important that at the moment of conception the parents were young, healthy and strong. Then have a large stock of Guan-Chi, which in part transmit to their offspring. The second source of Qi are the biochemical processes which nutrition and respiration (energy-Gu Qi). The last is in the air and the surrounding space (Kong-Qi). Stocks of energy in the body are limited. It is important therefore complement and her skillful management. Is inadvisable superhuman effort that leads to a huge inventory of internal consumption of energy. But life often compels a man to overexertion. In such cases, may benefit from another, inexhaustible source. Ocean Energy is the cosmos, the universe, from which man draws the skin surface. Particularly receptive for biologically active acupuncture points, connecting the organs with the surrounding world. Qi and scienceFor the ancient Chinese philosophers, which is the source of cosmic energy qi, created matter and caused the changes. The man was a small part of the universe, closely connected with him. Neither the texts of ancient nor modern but does not explain what it really is Qi. For contemporary Chinese Qi simply exists, and any discussion of its nature are not needed. West also has long been interested in this energy, but does not respond to the question of what it is. We know for what is not - in terms of physical energy, because it can not be included in the form of scientific or mathematical models. It is therefore a philosophical concept? Or maybe life energy, or electromagnetic field or biological organisms? Professor Wlodzimierz Sedlak, a precursor of Polish bioelektroniki, created the concept bioplazmy, which resembles in several attempts to describe the elements of Qi by the ancient philosophers. In his works, Professor Sedlak, speaks of an electromagnetic wave, emitted by all living organisms. Ted Kaptchuk, a professor and expert on Chinese medicine at Harvard, described Qi as matter which is just prior to change in energy or vice versa. Qi remains largely a mystery to modern science, but it is still ongoing and probably in the future some of its mysteries will be explained. |

In China, the understanding of qi is inherent in the very language. For instance: The literal translation of the Chinese character meaning “health” is “original qi.” The literal translation of the character for “vitality” is “high quality qi.” The literal translation of the character meaning “friendly” is “peaceful qi."
-utrzymuje materię w całości i harmonii
Do wszystkiego trzeba czasu i szacunku.
