Sport, especially professional, a man puts on a lot of ailments. Stress, murderous workouts, jitters or sleep problems often force the athlete to reach for medication, which may result in undesirable side effects, the need to refrain from training or even permanent loss of health. However, acupuncture can be a safe, nieuzależniającą and effective alternative to pharmacological measures.

Acupuncture has long been used not only for treatment but also to improve physical fitness. The first European travelers already mentioned with admiration in his communications with the Chinese rikszarzy strength. Through systematic pricking treatments, which strengthen and sustain the physical strength, coolies could tirelessly run for many hours. At the Olympics in Montreal, 35 players represented by Austrian benefited from acupuncture treatments, which not only helped in the treatment of injuries and infections, but also provide athletes proper physical condition to release them before the start of stage fright and stress. It is noteworthy that austryjaccy Olympians then obtained much better results than planned. Nowadays, more and more practitioners of acupuncture accompanied by the players, watching over their physical and mental state. Focused primarily on the removal of injury and injury that normally would exclude athletes from the competition.

What exactly acupuncture can help today's athletes? First of all, can enhance the locomotor system and improve coordination, which are crucial in disciplines that require the player's skill and efficiency. It helps in the regeneration of forces and combat fatigue, stress and stage fright, which does not prevent a player appearance once in a hundred percent of their capacity. Increases lung capacity, improves the functioning of the respiratory and circulatory.

Prof. Garnuszewski to wielki autorytet z zakresu akupunktury.
