661434_woman Treatment with properly chosen diet has been known since antiquity. Interest in this subject already Hippocrates himself, who left behind many works on the treatment with food. Also, Chinese doctors for centuries perfecting his knowledge of nutrition and its impact on life and human health. Traditional Chinese Medicine classifies foods according to the Five Principles of Change (Element) and the law of yin and yang. Chinese food divided by its energy. And yes, distinguished food in the body causing hot, warming, causing cold, cooling, and neutral. For example, plant food has a cooling yin qualities. Parts of plants also differ from each kind of energy. Most of qi energy can be found in fruits and seeds of plants. While the animal food has cooling yin, also contains much more than any plant of qi.

Tastes

According to Chinese medicine, the body tells a man what he currently needs. In such situations, a fancy term dczuwamy taste. Liking for something sweet is a sign that the spleen is no shortage of energy. When the stomach is suffering from a similar problem, we feel the need to eat something spicy. Desire for something salty flavor is a sign of energy loss in the kidneys, but about the bitter taste - in the lungs. A lack of energy in the liver, one would like to eat something sour. In contrast, when the body suffers from n admiar energy in a given organ, at the very thought of a fog about the taste, we feel resentment. But just because we feel like the taste does not mean right away that it was the taste of food we have to heal. Feeling the desire to sign for medical information, so it can determine the diagnosis and treatment. Cure food is always an individual matter, and depending on the personal characteristics of the patient.

And the concentration of food

Nutrition also has a big effect on our concentration. Excess dairy products and those 2e6635875e983ec89f589f57db1b5493 of high content of sugars, is not conducive to our concentration is a cause drowsiness, boredom and laziness. The Chinese believe that such food production increases moisture in the body due to release of metabolism and metabolism. Through it we experience feelings of gravity and drowsiness. People suffering from such blockages moisture (called by the Chinese phlegm) are vulnerable to problems with obesity and cellulite, and women can suffer from vaginal discharge. These patients is recommended to dispense with confectionery and food products and reduce consumption of raw dairy products (although you can still eat butter). There is also advised to eat wholemeal bread in the evenings. According to Traditional Chinese Med ycyny improper diet not only affects the energy of our body. Too frequent thoughts, analysis, and the recollection of the past (especially the painful and unpleasant) produces more moisture in the body than sugar. Therefore, the Chinese doctor will teach the patient not only good nutrition but also strengthen its spirit and character.

pozdrawiam
Mariusz

Najważniejsze to zrobić pierwszy krok i uwierzyć.
