Słyszałam, że sposób oddychania jest bardzo ważny. Podobno większość ludzi źle oddycha przez co ich długość życia się skraca. Nie wiem na ile jest to prawdziwe stwierdzenie, ale coś jest na rzeczy.

Czy to oznacza, że niektórzy ludzie mogą źle oddychać? Z tego co jest napisane w tym artykule każdemu przydał by się taki kurs nauki sposobów oddychania.
